The Wakazashi is a short sword used in Japan as early as the 16th century. It is approximately 12-23 inches in length and worn blade edge up. The Wakazashi was worn by the Samurai, along with the Katana as part of a matching set called a Daisho. If the Katana was broken, the shorter Wakazashi could be used in its place. It was also considered bad etiquette to wear a long sword indoors, so by the use of a Wakazashi the Samurai would not be vulnerable indoors.
Well I think this list will do nicely: 1) Star Wars Empire, 2) Star Trek Klingon, 3) Conan the Barbarian Thulsa Doom, 4) Battlestar Galactica, and if there's room 5) Thundercats, 6/7) Transformers. What about the symbol for Cobra Command from GI Joe?
Yeah, that ranks right along with these, but when it boils down it's just a cobra. Yes, a cool styled cobra but not really good enough for my master plan. Thanks though, that's exactly the genre and idea I'm wanting.
How about a Care Bear?
How about no. However, for the hell of it, check out Care Bears Forever for complete bios on each Care Bear and a good laugh. And again, no, this is not one of my regular places to visit, haha, I just Googled it. Thanks for the silly suggestion.
